What Loop OS Is
Loop OS is a governance harness for Claude: a single CLAUDE.md instruction file that makes Claude plan, draft to completion, self-audit, debug, and report before finishing.
Unlike standard prompts, Loop OS establishes a structured operational runtime that eliminates lazy responses and half-finished code. It is instructions, not software or an extension, meaning it runs natively within any Claude interface.
Each tier downloads as one .md file containing the specific rules and logic for that level of governance.
