Acceptance of Terms

By accessing loop-os.cloud and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Usage License

Upon purchase, Loop OS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for personal or internal business purposes.

• Single User license (ARTISAN/HELM Core, Pro, Foundation, Professional) is for one individual only.
• Commercial License (Platinum, Ultimate) covers use within one organization for up to 5 seats.
• Site / Agency License covers a specific number of seats purchased at $179 per seat for uncapped internal use within the purchasing organization.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or lease our digital products to any third party. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the core Loop OS governance frameworks.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The products are provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loop OS does not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that their operation will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loop OS be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products, even if Loop OS has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only available within 72 hours of purchase and only if no purchased file has been downloaded. Once any file associated with an order is downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loop OS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
